Hello. Can someone help me out with this? 1) I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but all my engineers get both their motivation and satisfaction bars below zero (all black). How can I avoid this I need to know, since this is preventing me from designing 5-star quality parts... 2) I don't know exactly what should I focus in while designing / buying parts... I'm looking mostly for parts with the biggest downforce possible, while having the lowest weight and air resistance possible. Is that right ? 3) Which is the best setup for Canada? I can't seem to find one that works for me... Not many people play tis game anymore, so if there's any other forum / message board for this game please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Okay... Now I'm starting to get upset... I've managed to be '97 Champion (both driver and constructor), but at 2000 I've made 5th place in constructors, barely...
And my drivers keep losing fitness too fast... Can anyone give me some tips ?

I'm starting to think that my poor performance is because I don't do any training at all, I just skip straight to the races...
I'm still waiting for tips... If I only had the game manual...

Nevermind, I kinda solved the problemas above... I restarted the game and got 3 consecutive championships both drivers and constructors.
I'm starting to think this is a ghost forum, but anyway, here goes another question: Why do some drivers spend so much fuel?? This happens a lot with the regenerated drivers... Is there a way to notice if a driver will spend more fuel than is stated or is it a "risk and reward" issue ?

I found that drivers' fitness levels increase by testing and then slowly decrease over the course of the races....so by testing a few times during the racing season, you should be able to keep up the fitness levels for the drivers.
I don't know about the fuel thing but I did find that different drivers work their cars harder than others....HHF, for example, after one race (my car is all "4 stars" by the way) decreases everything on the exterior by 6% while Rubens only does it by 1 or 2%. I'm assuming it's a trade-off like you suggested however.
Can't help you at all with Montreal setups....I struggle enough there, Nurburgring, Monaco, Hockenheim and Monza myself, lol
