Which are the files?

They are inside files on the game. I think user_rsc

The short answer is "no". ===== The long answer depends on what you mean by "extract" and "possible". The attached files will "sort of" extract some pictures, if they're in the same folder as "user_e.rsc" and "f1_e.rsc". ["user_e.rsc" has pictures you can alter with the editor; "f1_e.rsc" has pictures like race tracks, cars, iirc sponsors, etc] It should be "theoretically possible" to do a good job at it, if someone had more technical expertise than I do. (To extract to something like "Windows Bitmap" files, the really tricky part would be getting colors right.) Attachments:

I might want to change my answer  New Version: * Reads from several types of images --- Sponsor pictures look very nice --- Driver and Engineer pictures now look halfway okay --- Team photos will look poor and uncolored * Output to screen, and as "f1_pics.bmp" Important: This file needs to be run from a location that contains the files "user_e.rsc" and "f1_e.rsc". (The obvious choice is the root directory where F1 Manager Professional is installed.) Ultimate wish is to change certain pictures in the game (mainly sponsors), in a reasonably simple fashion. Tyred, good work, but is there a way to change the logo's that go onto the car?
I am working on a 2010 mod of the game.
I would like to include newer sponsors, rather than mild seven etc from 1997.
I am also a member of the rtmbase german site.
Have found lots of cool data to change. Pictures are a stumbling block though.
Also,as you seem to have more editing knowledge than I, have you found an offset that can eliminate arrows/sorrows from running cars number 3 and 4??
